General Terms of Service — Voyanz Professionals
Preamble. These General Terms of Service (« GTS ») apply to any individual or legal entity (« the Professional ») offering psychic, medium or related divinatory services on the Voyanz platform (« the Platform ») operated by VOYANZ (« Voyanz », « we »). They complete the General Terms of Use applicable to all users.
Registering as a Professional on the Platform constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these GTS.
Article 1 — Professional registration
1.1 Eligibility. The Professional must be of legal age, have a legally declared activity (sole trader, company, freelance, or equivalent in their country of residence) and provide a valid email address as well as an active Stripe Connect account for receiving earnings.
1.2 Profile verification. Voyanz checks profile consistency and completeness before going live (email verification, manual validation by the team, possible « Verified Profile » badge). Voyanz reserves the right to refuse a registration without justification.
1.3 No exclusivity. The Professional remains free to operate on other platforms, their personal website, or directly with their own client base. No exclusivity clause is enforced.
Article 2 — Services provided to the Professional
Voyanz makes the following technical tools available to the Professional:
- Public profile on the Platform (« Voyanz Listed »)
- Personal sales URL for converting external audiences (« Voyanz Express »)
- Consultation tools: text chat, phone call, video call, scheduled group sessions
- Stripe Connect collection with weekly bank transfers
- Dashboard with history, earnings, statistics
- Marketing tools: AI client guidance, algorithmic recommendations (Listed only)
- Automatic AI-generated session summaries
Article 3 — Pricing and session formats
3.1 Pricing freedom. The Professional sets their own rates for each format activated on the Platform. No price grid is imposed.
3.2 Available formats. Written question, 20-minute chat, 15-minute video call, 30-minute video call, plus per-minute pricing for chat / call / video.
3.3 Updates. The Professional can update their rates at any time from their pro dashboard. Changes do not affect already-paid sessions.
Article 4 — Usage models: Listed and Express
Voyanz offers two cumulative usage models:
4.1 Voyanz Listed (« We bring you clients »)
The Professional's profile is displayed on the Platform's home page, in the public list of professionals, and can be recommended by the AI guidance assistant. Voyanz invests in advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) and influencer partnerships to bring clients to the profile. Clients acquired this way are identified in the database with an acquisition source « listed » or equivalent (seo, social, influencer, ai_recommendation, etc.).
4.2 Voyanz Express (« You keep your audience »)
The Professional gets a personal URL of the form voyanz.com/go/<their-slug> to embed in their Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp bio, business cards or any other channel. Clients who buy a consultation via this URL are identified in the database with an acquisition source « express_<pro_id> » where <pro_id> is the Professional's unique identifier.
4.3 Combination. The Professional may activate both Listed and Express simultaneously. The acquisition source is tracked on a client-by-client basis.
Article 5 — Commission grid
5.1 Breakdown. Voyanz commission is composed of two independent parts:
- Infrastructure fees: cover the platform's technical costs (Stripe, hosting, mobile app, Agora video, transcription, AI, security, support).
- Acquisition commission: rewards Voyanz's client acquisition effort (ads, SEO, recommendations, influencers, AI guidance). Applied only to clients whose acquisition source is NOT Express.
5.2 Professional tier. Every Professional registered on the Platform belongs to one of the two following tiers, independent of whether the Express URL is activated:
5.2.1 « Open » tier (default tier at registration)
- Grid applied to any session with a non-Express client: 27 % Voyanz / 73 % Professional (= 10 % infrastructure + 17 % acquisition).
- The Professional is listed in the general public grid and SEO category pages.
- No homepage highlighting, no Recommended badge, no priority recommendation by the AI guidance assistant.
5.2.2 « Specialist » tier (by application and acceptance)
- Grid applied to any session with a non-Express client: 40 % Voyanz / 60 % Professional (= 10 % infrastructure + 30 % enhanced acquisition commission).
- Benefits: « Specialist » badge on the public profile, homepage highlighting, priority recommendation by the AI guidance, dedicated SEO specialty page, personalized onboarding.
- Global cap: 50 active slots total (10 maximum per specialty domain, 5 domains). Once the cap is reached, applications are put on a waiting list.
- Monthly subscription: €9.90 excl. VAT/month charged via Stripe to cover highlighting and personalized support. Cancellable at any time from the pro dashboard.
- Specialist welcome bonus: on their first 100 euros of gross revenue collected as a Specialist, the Professional keeps 100 % (no Voyanz commission, neither infrastructure nor acquisition). Once the €100 cumulative threshold is crossed, the standard 40/60 grid resumes. The bonus is cumulative with Express (Express sessions remain at 10/12/15 % infra from the start and do not consume the welcome bonus).
5.3 Express (all tiers).
For any session with a client whose acquisition source is a valid express_<pro_id> (cf. Article 6):
- No acquisition commission (the Professional brought their own client).
- Infrastructure fees only, differentiated by format:

5.4 Transparency. For each session collected, Voyanz displays the exact breakdown (gross amount, infrastructure fees, acquisition commission, Professional's net amount) in the pro dashboard, along with the tier applied to the session.
5.5 Updates. Voyanz reserves the right to update the grid for future sessions. Any material update is notified to the Professional by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Already-paid but unconsumed sessions remain governed by the grid in effect at the time of purchase.
Article 6 — Express attribution commitment
6.1 Principle. For each client acquired via a Professional's Express link (acquisition source « express_<pro_id> »), Voyanz contractually recognizes that this client originates from the Professional's commercial work and benefits from a protected status.
6.2 Duration. The protection lasts 24 months from the client's first Express consultation with the relevant Professional. This duration is automatically renewed with each new Express consultation between the same client and the same Professional.
6.3 Voyanz commitments. Throughout the protection period, Voyanz commits to:
- Not sending the client a generic Voyanz newsletter
- Not sending the client recommendations of other Professionals
- Not sending the client advertising for third-party services
- Limiting email communications to strictly transactional ones: purchase confirmation, invoice, appointment reminder, response notification, post-session review request, possible refund
- Applying the Express grid (infrastructure fees only, no acquisition commission) to any consultation between the protected client and the Professional
6.4 Limits. For public-order reasons and to preserve user freedom of navigation on the Internet, Voyanz cannot:
- Prevent a client from freely browsing the Platform of their own choice
- Prevent a client from consulting other Professionals after finding their profile on their own
- Prevent a client from voluntarily subscribing to the Voyanz newsletter at their explicit request
- Guarantee the Professional exclusivity of the commercial relationship with their client
If a protected Express client chooses on their own to consult another Professional on the Platform, that session is treated as a standard Listed session (with acquisition commission to Voyanz). The client's protection regarding the original Professional remains active nonetheless.
6.5 Professional's tools. The Professional may communicate directly with their Express clients using the tools provided on the Platform (upcoming: « my newsletter » module). Voyanz does not object to the Professional exporting the email list of their Express clients for use outside the Platform, subject to GDPR compliance and obtaining explicit consent from the clients concerned.
6.6 Audit and verification. The Professional may, at any time, consult in their pro dashboard:
- The list of their protected Express clients
- The protection expiration date
- The history of emails sent by Voyanz to their clients (verification of commitment compliance)
In case of proven breach by Voyanz of the commitment described in articles 6.3, the Professional may claim a flat-rate compensation equal to the acquisition commission Voyanz would have earned on the impacted sessions.
Article 7 — Payment and payout terms
7.1 Collection. All client payments are collected via Stripe Connect, a regulated payment operator.
7.2 Weekly payouts. Voyanz triggers a Stripe Connect transfer of the Professional's balance (paid and completed sessions, minus Voyanz commission) to the bank account linked to the Professional's Stripe Connect account, every week.
7.3 No withdrawal fees. Voyanz does not charge any fee on withdrawals or Stripe Connect transfers. Any small Stripe-side bank fees are at the Professional's expense.
7.4 Minimum balance. No minimum balance is required to trigger the transfer. If the balance is below €1, Voyanz may defer the transfer to the following week to optimize Stripe costs.
7.5 Disputes and chargebacks. In case of a chargeback (payment dispute by a client), the corresponding amount is deducted from the Professional's balance. Voyanz provides the Professional with the elements in its possession to help with amicable resolution.
7.6 Specialist subscription. A Professional in the Specialist tier (article 5.2.2) is charged €9.90 excl. VAT each month via Stripe on the card on file. The subscription is cancellable at any time from the pro dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billed period (no pro-rata refund).
Article 8 — Professional's obligations
8.1 Seriousness and legal compliance. The Professional commits to providing serious services, complying with French and European laws on divinatory practices (legal mentions, no-substitution warning for medical / legal / financial professional advice).
8.2 Availability. The Professional honors the availability they declare on the Platform. In case of unforeseen absence, they inform Voyanz as soon as possible to avoid automatic refunds to clients.
8.3 Express response time.
- Written question: 48 hours maximum from purchase
- Video / chat: presence at the booked slot
In case of non-compliance, the client is automatically refunded as described in the GTU.
8.4 Confidentiality. The Professional commits to respecting session confidentiality and GDPR for any client data. The Platform may record certain consultations in accordance with Article 8 bis; the Professional must not make parallel recordings without the client's explicit consent.
Article 8 bis — Recording and retention of consultations
8 bis.1 Policy. Voyanz may record certain consultations (phone calls, video with Replay option or live sessions) for quality, security, dispute management and compliance with Platform rules. Text chat messages are stored in the database as an integral part of the service.
8 bis.2 Duration. Audio and video recordings are retained for six (6) months from the date of the consultation, then automatically deleted, except in the case of an ongoing investigation, legal proceedings or specific legal obligation.
8 bis.3 Rights. In accordance with GDPR, the client and the Professional may request access to or deletion of a recording concerning them (subject to Voyanz's legal obligations) at: contact@voyanz.com.
Article 9 — Reviews and ratings
9.1 Verified reviews. Only clients who have actually consulted can leave a post-session review. Voyanz guarantees the authenticity of the review system.
9.2 Moderation. Voyanz reserves the right to moderate manifestly abusive, insulting or off-topic reviews, at the Professional's request or on its own initiative.
9.3 Average rating. The Professional's average rating is publicly displayed on their profile and may impact algorithmic recommendations.
Article 10 — Suspension and termination
10.1 Termination by the Professional. The Professional may deactivate or delete their account at any time, without notice or justification. The not-yet-paid Stripe balance is transferred within 7 days of termination. Any active Specialist subscription is cancelled simultaneously (cf. article 7.6).
10.2 Suspension by Voyanz. Voyanz may suspend a Professional's account for serious GTS breach (recurring chargebacks, repeated client complaints, fraud, inappropriate content). Suspension is notified by email with justification.
10.3 Effect on Express clients. In case of termination, the Professional's Express clients are released from their attribution protection and can be freely contacted by Voyanz.
Article 11 — Intellectual property and data
11.1 Professional's data. The Professional retains ownership of their content (description, photos, intro video, possible articles). They grant Voyanz a non-exclusive license for use during the contract duration.
11.2 Client data. In accordance with article 6.3, the data of Express clients acquired by the Professional are not exploited for Voyanz marketing purposes during the protection duration.
11.3 GDPR. The Professional and Voyanz share the role of data controller for data processed in the context of sessions. A specific GDPR amendment may be signed upon request.
Article 12 — Modification of GTS
12.1 Evolution. Voyanz may modify these GTS to integrate technical, legal or commercial evolutions.
12.2 Notification. Any material modification is notified by email to the Professional at least 30 days before it takes effect.
12.3 Refusal. A Professional refusing a modification may terminate their account without penalty before it takes effect. Otherwise, they are deemed to have accepted the new version.
Article 13 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their execution or interpretation will be subject to prior amicable mediation. Failing agreement, the courts of Voyanz's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
