These Terms of Service govern the use of the Voyanz website and platform by any visitor or user, even before any paid order is placed.

**Terms of Service (ToS) – Voyanz**

**Article 1 – Purpose and Scope**

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") define the terms and conditions under which any user (hereinafter "User") accesses and uses the Voyanz website or application, operated by Visioco (SASU) (hereinafter "Visioco").

By browsing the Platform or creating an account, the User acknowledges having read these ToS and accepts them without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

**Article 2 – Definitions**

-**Platform / Site / Application**: all web pages and services offered under the "Voyanz" brand.

-**User**: any person browsing the Platform or creating an account to access the services (consultations, chat, etc.).

-**Expert / Master**: any person authorized by Visioco to provide psychic readings (or other esoteric services).

-**User Account**: personal space created by the User, allowing them, in particular, to order services.

-**Login Credentials**: the email address and password chosen by the User to log in to their Account.

The Platform may offer a welcome gift (€X) on the first package purchased by a new User, under the conditions detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTC).

**Article 3 – Access to the Platform**

1. **Technical Requirements**: Access to the Voyanz website requires an internet connection and a compatible device (computer, smartphone, etc.). Connection fees are the responsibility of the User.

2. **Registration**: To order services, the User must create a User Account. They agree to provide accurate information (identity, age of majority, etc.).

3. **Age of Legal Capacity**: The service is strictly reserved for individuals of legal age (18 years or older) and with full legal capacity. Any false statement will render the User liable.

**Article 4 – Account Creation and Management**

1. **Process**: The User completes the registration form and chooses login credentials (email address + password).

2. **Security**: The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any action performed from their Account will be presumed to have been performed by the User.

3. **Data Accuracy**: The User must update their personal information if it changes (e.g., a new email address).

4. **Account Deletion**: The User may request the deletion of their Account at any time by simply contacting Visioco (email or mail).

**Article 5 – Rules of Conduct**

The User agrees to:

- Not use the Platform for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public morals (defamation, harassment, incitement to hatred, etc.).

- Not post content that infringes on the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy, etc.).

- Respect the confidentiality of exchanges with Experts or other Users.

In the event of a violation of these rules, Visioco reserves the right to suspend or delete the User's Account, without prejudice to legal action.

**Article 6 – Service Availability**

Voyanz is generally accessible 24/7, except for planned (maintenance) or unforeseen (outages, force majeure) interruptions. Visioco implements the necessary measures to ensure service continuity, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

**Article 7 – Liability and Limitations**

1. **Subjective Nature of Clairvoyance**: The services offered by the Platform fall under the category of divination arts and do not constitute an exact science. Voyanz therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy or fulfillment of the predictions provided.

2. **Third-Party Content**: Visioco disclaims all liability for content provided by Experts or published by other Users (comments, reviews, etc.).

3. **IT Security**: Although Visioco takes protective measures, the User acknowledges that data transmission via the Internet is not completely secure. Visioco cannot be held liable in the event of viruses or unauthorized access.

**Article 8 – Intellectual Property**

All elements (texts, images, logos, etc.) present on the Voyanz Platform are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is prohibited.

The fortune-telling consultations offered on the platform fall within the realm of well-being and entertainment. The interpretations provided do not constitute facts, guaranteed predictions, or medical, legal, or financial advice.

Some recorded sessions may be subject to automated analysis (transcription and detection) for security and compliance with platform rules, including the prohibition of exchanging contact details (phone numbers, etc.) between clients and professionals outside the platform. The agency may be notified in the event of an alert.
